巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質(zhì)體廣泛用于體內(nèi)和體外清除單核巨噬細(xì)胞,我們?cè)谑褂煤商mLiposoma巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑時(shí),盡管該產(chǎn)品頻頻見(jiàn)刊于Cell,Nature和Science。但是巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑會(huì)不會(huì)清除中心粒細(xì)胞?很多研究者有這個(gè)擔(dān)心。一方面我們可以在自己的模型里面驗(yàn)證,另一方面,我們也可以參考文獻(xiàn)。比如如下這篇JCI的老牌雜志文獻(xiàn),炎性疼痛模型。作者的數(shù)據(jù)證明:巨噬細(xì)胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質(zhì)體(Liposoma)不會(huì)清除中心粒細(xì)胞。
